Why should I be on TWITTER?

Take a moment and watch the video below. Then ask yourself: "How can I use this to help my business?"




The first thing that comes to my mind is the ability to INSTANTLY INFORM your sellers what you are doing to market their home.

At signing of your listing agreement, inform your client that you are now on TWITTER. You will send them and invitation to follow you. This is a great benefit for them because whenever you have showing, do an open house, recieve and offer, put out flyers, do a virtual tour, take pictures, etc, etc, etc.... you put a comment on Twitter something like this: " I just placed new flyer at 1243 Happy Hollow", "just finsished open house for 123 Happy Hollow, had 8 visitors to follow up with!"

HOW COOL IS THAT??

1. Show your clients that you are "up-to-date" and internet savvy.
2. Use Twitter to get more listings
3. Use Twitter to service listings
4. Use Twitter to communicate with clients (buyers and sellers)
5. Use Twitter as a marketing tool. (impress followers with your activity!)
6. Use Twitter as a part of your WOW FACTOR!
